Pros: Member details and class registers are easy to keep track of as well as direct debits. The online guides are really handy and easy to use. Help when on the telephone, when needed. Cons: Email wasn’t totally user friendly, changing the font and layout did not always work as expected - but this was on V1 - the emailed l changes on V2 are great

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Capterra. A valuable registration and payments tool for clubs. Overall: Before - we used spreadsheets and cash! The system is much easy for taking payments overall, it also keeps an ongoing register of attendance. I think the system could do more for us but that requires greater understanding of the system and time! Pros: I always find my queries are answered promptly - usually by the next day. The advise is always helpful, positive and often with accompanying videos to show me what part of the system to go to and in what order. Cons: I think the link up with PayPal can be clunky and does not always go through easily for our customers. This could be down to PayPal. I do find that a small percentage of our customers find it difficult to sign up for our sessions because areas are 'greyed out' - particularly when needing to add other members of the family to a session request.

The phone helpline staff are always really helpfull Pros: It gives complete control of club management functions. We love the instant booking facility for customers and the timetable feature that populates all of the class registers Cons: Not a lot. I have seen there software and services grow and develop and so has my company. I am pleased we made the change and I would never look back. We joined to make our lives easier and to be able to get back time to grow and improve our offer, we got this and so much more. We are now part of the LoveAdmin community, and enjoy all the services the platform has to offer. Pros: It is fantastic to have all your contacts, invoices and registers in one place. It is simple to onboard new customers, and the automation of payments, reminders etc. mean that a missed payment is now a thing of the past. And most importantly it is much easier for our members. The business development support is extremely valuable with 1-1 sessions helping us to set goals and achieve them. A lovely bonus is the Step2Success podcast which our team listen to and it is great to hear the challenges and celebrations of other activity providers. Cons: Transferring over from manual to digital was of course a challenge. It was new to the staff and the parents. It took time and there were teething problems, however the support team were fantastic. Since joining there have been a few problems with the software, however the support team are brilliant and very patient. I have been with LoveAdmin over a year and any issues the developers quickly solve and the software just keeps getting better!

And we have always found the staff super helpful. Pros: Everything is in one place. It makes keeping on top of everything so much easier. I feel like they understand my business really well, and [sensitive content hidden] (my account manager) is always ready to give advice about how to increase revenue streams, which is much more than I'd expect from admin software! Pros: There are so many features - easy invoicing, timetabling, assigning coaches, communication with students. Customer service is fantastic - there's always someone ready to help resolve any issues or answer any questions Business management support is amazing at helping grow your business Cons: Not really a con, but because there are so many features it can sometimes be difficult to work out how to implement a new process, but as mentioned earlier there's always someone to help guide you.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Both of my children are doing gymnastics and their club uses Love Admin for making bookings and handling payments. I hadn't heard of Love Admin before this but I can't fault the service. It’s a pretty easy system to use as a parent, I can find the classes, book the kids on and then the payments show up as 'Go Cardless' in my bank account.
